Less guessing.
More growth.
I help B2B SaaS companies turn product chaos into product momentum: clearer strategy, better retention, faster growth.
These are the symptoms of scaling without a clear product strategy.
Your roadmap is a wish list, not a strategy
You build what stakeholders request, not what customers need. Product decisions feel reactive instead of strategic.
Your team ships features nobody uses
You ship features that sit unused. The team is busy, but the impact is low. You need product discipline, not more output.
You’re losing customers and don’t know why
Churn is rising, but you only find out after they’re gone. You’re missing all the signals that could have saved them.
The problem isn’t doing more. It’s having product discipline.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Product Leadership and Product Growth?
Fix Your Product Strategy is about installing product discipline: aligning your team, building a strategic roadmap, and coaching PMs to make better decisions. It’s for teams that are reactive and need direction.
Product Growth is specifically focused on product-led growth, optimizing onboarding, activation loops, pricing strategies, and self-serve infrastructure. It’s for companies ready to scale beyond sales-led motion.

How is this different from hiring a full-time VP of Product?
I bring over 10 years of product leadership experience, without the typical 6-month hiring process or a $200K+ salary commitment. You get strategic direction and hands-on execution immediately, no ramp-up time.
I’m not here to replace a full-time hire. I’m here to help you get unstuck while you determine if you need one, or to coach your existing PM into a leadership role.
What size companies do you typically work with?
How quickly can we get started?
For Sprint engagements: within 1-2 weeks. For longer engagements, we typically begin with a kick-off meeting within two weeks, depending on my availability.
I keep my client roster small (max 3-4 active engagements) to ensure quality, so there may be a short wait.
What makes your approach different?
Three things:
- No consulting theater. I don’t write strategy docs that collect dust. I make decisions with you and help you ship.
- I’ve done the job. I’ve been the PM, the VP, the founder. I’m not guessing, I’ve lived these problems.
- Product + Growth expertise. Most consultants understand strategy OR growth. I bridge both: strategic product thinking with PLG execution.
